Our Story
Rasoi began in 2011 with our first restaurant in Pontlliw — Rasoi Indian Kitchen. The Waterfront opened in 2015, built on the same family recipes, childhood summers in Punjab, and the belief that Indian cooking deserves a modern stage.

Signature Dishes
Our signature reinvention. Slow-cooked makhani butter chicken folded into freshly baked tandoor naan — a taste of Punjab in your hand.
Sealed and cooked to order. Saffron, whole spice, basmati.
Perfected over fourteen years. Charcoal, tomato, fenugreek.
Charity
Rasoi was built on the idea that hospitality should reach further than the table. Every booking, every takeaway, every shared plate quietly funds something else — over 160 children sponsored through school, more than 100,000 meals served across India and Wales, free medical care and eye camps for those who otherwise have no access. When you sit with us, you're already part of it.
